We have encountered fraudulent use of customers' credit cards. While we would love to think that everyone is honest, history has proven that not everyone is. Therefore, when we do encounter a fraudulent use of a card, we contact the proper authorities, the FBI, and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

BadaBadaBingo enforces fraud protection is by not shipping to any other address other than the billing address for the purchasing credit card.
